Botanical Garden Pivola

A few miles south of Maribor city lays an agricultural estate The Botanic Garden of University of Maribor. It is a place to study and learn about nature with indigenous and foreign trees and vegetation and allows diversity conservation. An over one-hundred-year old lime alley leads to the Pohorski dvor, which serves as a research and education institution. With its rich cultural heritage, it represents an important tourist attraction of the city of Maribor.
