Maribor Park covers about 0.54km2 and is located north of the city center. It is a popular spot for recreation and relaxation, offering vast grass surfaces and hiking paths. It is a perfect picnic spot, and a place for parents and children, seniors and youth.
The park has a children’s playground, an aquarium-terrarium and a pavilion, where spring and summer concerts are held. Through and around the city park paved roads lead to the Pyramid and to the Three Ponds.
